How soon should I reach out to book my proposal?
For a desired weekend date, we recommend booking at least 1 month in advance! Saturdays are very popular and go by fast. For weekdays, we are flexible. We are currently booking 3 months in advance.
Where can I get your custom proposal menu?
DM us on instagram or fill out an inquiry form. We’ll send you our custom proposal menu. We can also customize and create a set up with you as well!
Do you provide photography?
We are happy to help record and take photos on our phones for memories. For professional photography, we have a list of photographers we’ve worked with and recommend! Ask us for this list.
How do bookings work?
DM us on Instagram or fill out an inquiry form on the Book Us Tab to start planning your dream proposal or luxury picnic!The custom inquiry form can be found at the bottom of the Book Us tab. For picnics, contact us first for availability and then we will open up the date/time for you to book online.
Where is the location of the proposal/picnic?
We are happy to set up at any location appropriate and accessible! Whether that be your house, backyard, apartment park, neighborhood park, public beach, beach, airbnb, or hotel! We just need to approve your location first! Please send us a message with a photo of your location on either social media, email, or fill out the inquiry form on our website. We charge a travel fee for locations outside of San Jose.
Do we bring our own food?
YES please do! We encourage you to bring your own food to your picnic. Snack, relax, and enjoy!
We do not provide food in our picnic set ups.
How many people can be at the picnic?
For large group inquires please fill out the custom inquiry form and we will let you know if we can accommodate you!
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
All bookings are non refundable but we understand that life happens. Please notify us 7 days prior to your booking date to reschedule up to 3 months in advance. If you do not notify us to reschedule and miss your proposal/picnic, we will take that as a no show and will not provide a rescheduling opportunity.
Like life, weather happens too! Rescheduling will be allowed for inclement weather conditions. If the forecast predicts rain or extreme winds for the day of your event, then we will give you the opportunity to reschedule the picnic to a future available date of your choice or move to an approved indoor location.
What happens if I’m late to the picnic?
Your scheduled picnic time will start on time. We understand life happens so for late arrivals we will allow a 15 min grace period. For example if your picnic is from 12:00 - 2:00 but you arrive late, we will give you a grace period from 12:15 - 2:15. If you’re all done and would like to end your picnic early, please send us a message via text or phone call 20 mins prior to leaving.
Do we clean up after?
We will take care of set up and clean up. We are here to take away the stress of event planning. We want you to sit back, relax, and enjoy your moment!
